Datumi platform

How we handle your data.

What we ask for, how it is de-identified, who reviews it, and what stays with your company throughout.

What we do with your data

Nothing moves before an offer.

Our qualification asks for estimates and record counts, not files or exports. Nothing leaves your systems until Datumi has made an offer and you have accepted it.

Records are de-identified first.

Names, emails, phone numbers, account numbers and addresses are removed or replaced before Datumi or any AI lab sees a record. Roles, timestamps and the work itself are kept.

We review a sample before pricing.

Someone on our team reads a de-identified sample before any offer is made. The review covers only what would actually be licensed.

The license is bounded.

Defined systems, a defined term and a defined use. Nothing outside that scope is covered.

You keep the business and the data.

A license is not a sale. Your company keeps operating exactly as before, with the same data, systems and customers.

AI labs never see who you are.

Datasets are described without your company name, website, people or exact locations.

Access is limited.

Only a small number of named people at Datumi can see a company's identity alongside its data.

A human is one email away.

Questions go straight to our team, not a support queue.

What we do not do

No public listing of your name.

AI labs do not browse a list of company names.

No resale outside the license.

An AI lab's use is fixed by the license terms.

No contact with your customers or staff.

Datumi is the only counterparty. AI labs never contact your company, customers or employees.

No upfront fee.

There is no cost to find out whether your company qualifies.

Questions

Does anyone at Datumi see our data before it is de-identified?

No. Identifying fields are removed before review. What we read is the de-identified sample, not the raw record.

What if a sample still contains something identifying?

It goes back for another de-identification pass before pricing continues.

Will you tell us which AI lab licenses our data?

Licensing terms are confidential between the parties. We do not share one company's terms with another.
