Business data
Tools your team already uses
Potentially useful records may already live in your support, sales, operations and document systems. The first step is understanding where they are—not connecting every account.
Support and service systems
Help desks and ticketing tools may hold conversations, agent actions and resolution histories. Describe the system, the time period covered and whether outcomes are recorded.
CRM and sales systems
Customer relationship tools may contain account histories and interaction records. Customer permissions, contract restrictions and personal information must be considered before any proposed use.
Operations and business software
ERP, inventory and project-management systems may record workflows and business events. Available fields, export formats and consistency vary between systems.
Document and knowledge systems
Shared drives, knowledge bases and document platforms may contain approved reference material. Identify which collections your company controls and which contain third-party content.
Exports are discussed, not assumed
Systems may offer CSV, JSON, document or other exports depending on your plan and permissions. Datumi does not request account passwords or API tokens in an initial enquiry. Your system owner should confirm available exports without sharing credentials.
A source inventory
List each tool, the collections it stores, approximate record count, date range and the person responsible for access. Note linked systems, attachments, archived records and fields that need to be excluded. This helps avoid double counting and defines preparation work.
What support means here
The logos identify systems that may hold relevant records. They are not a claim of a live connector, automatic export, vendor partnership or guaranteed eligibility. If your tool is not shown, describe it in your enquiry; its records can still be discussed.
Examples of systems
- Zendesk
- Intercom
- HubSpot
- Zoho
- Jira
- Confluence
- Notion
- Asana
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- Snowflake
- PostgreSQL
A tool being listed as an example does not mean Datumi has a live integration with it. Access, export methods and any preparation work are discussed only after the source and licensing scope are reviewed.
