This website is operated by Datumi LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States. Datumi LLC receives website enquiries, discusses business-data licensing with companies and AI labs, and is the party that enters into a data license, referral or similar agreement.
Using this website
Provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful business enquiries. Do not upload or paste customer data, credentials, restricted material or confidential files into forms.
Authority to act
If you contact Datumi for a company, ensure you are authorized to discuss its records. Possessing data does not establish the right to license it; permissions and restrictions need separate review.
No offer or guarantee
The $5M* figure is an illustrative maximum, not an offer to buy or pay for data. Final offers and payments are subject to review, compliance, data approval by AI labs, and signed agreements.
Calculator limitations
Readiness scores are based on self-reported answers and Datumi-designed checklist weights. They are not monetary valuations, approval probabilities, legal advice or a commitment to pay.
No automatic license
Submitting a form, creating an account, naming a system or receiving a score does not authorize a data transfer or grant a license. Scope and commercial rights arise only under signed agreements.
Licensing and payments
Any agreement must address permitted uses, included and excluded data, preparation, confidentiality, delivery, approval, payment terms and restrictions. No standard payout frequency, royalty rate or referral fee is promised here.
Acceptable use and account security
Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse forms, interfere with service availability or misrepresent data rights. Keep account credentials private and report suspected misuse through Contact.
Third-party names
Product and AI-lab names identify examples or potential participants. Their appearance is not an endorsement, affiliation or promise of access or approval.
